The California Secretary of State provides authentication of public official signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America. The country of destination determines whether the authentication is an Apostille or Certification.
Apostilles and Certifications only certify to the authenticity of the signature of the official who signed the document, the capacity in which that official acted, and when appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp which the document bears. The Apostille or Certification does not validate the contents of the document.

If you have an emergency and need the documents legalize as soon as possible: We process them the same day that we receive your documents. Once apostilled we can send them same day Fedex Priority so you will have them the following day.
If necessary we also translate English Spanish, then certify, notarize and finally the Apostille.

Due to the Coronavirus situation it may take 1-2 days extra for processing before we ship it back to you or to the country of destination.

Processing times may vary 4-8 days. Once ready you have the option of receiving the document by Fedex or forwarding directly to the country of destination in which case you will receive a scanned PDF of the legalized documents with Apostille before you ship them with Fedex International Priority.

Currently there no changes in the Apostille and Notary services. Apostille are processed the same that we receive your documents(power of attorney, birth certificates, marriage, death, Fe de Vida, notarized documents with drive license or passports, business, commercial, general documents).
Actualmente no hay cambios en el proceso para obtener apostilla. El mismo dia que recibimos sus documentos los procesamos para obtener la Apostilla y mandarlos a su direccion o al pais de destino.
